The whole picture, brought together.
Your home, your savings, your pensions, your policies — on their own they can feel like a scattered pile of bits and pieces. Estate planning joins them up into one clear, coordinated legal plan and structure, built around your wishes and done as tax-efficiently as possible.
Book a chat about your estateWhy it matters
Think of your estate as a jigsaw.
Assets in your own name, property, joint assets, pensions, life policies, maybe a trust or two. Each one tends to sit on its own, unconnected to the rest.
Estate planning is simply about bringing those pieces together into an ordered, coherent structure — one that's simpler, more coordinated, more cost-effective, and better for your family and the causes you care about. We start with what you actually want to achieve, then build the legal and tax structure to make it happen.
How it helps you
Joined up, and built around you.
One coordinated plan
No more disjointed bits and pieces — a single, joined-up picture of your estate.
Built around your aims
We start with who you want to look after, and how. Everything follows from that.
Tax-efficient by design
We structure things to be as streamlined and tax-efficient as the rules allow.
Peace of mind
The comfort of knowing it's all in good order, and your family is protected.
Good to know
The rules are changing — is your plan keeping up?
A few things worth being aware of: many pension death benefits come within inheritance tax from 6 April 2027, and the rules for farms and businesses changed significantly from 6 April 2026. If any of that touches you, it's worth a review.
